Step 1: Gather Your Group (or Go Solo)

  • Invite friends, family, or join one of our Zoom sessions. If practicing alone, imagine connecting with a global community of meditators.
  • Create a quiet space with comfortable seating. Use headphones for virtual sessions to enhance focus.
  • Set a shared intention, like “We are healing and uplifting each other” or “We cultivate peace and clarity.”

Step 2: Enter a Collective Altered State

  • Sit comfortably, close your eyes, and take 10 deep breaths together. Inhale for four counts, hold for four, exhale for six.
  • Visualize a golden light connecting everyone in the group, forming a circle of energy. If alone, imagine linking with others worldwide.
  • Silently affirm, “I am part of this collective healing energy.” Let thoughts drift, focusing on the shared rhythm of breath.

Step 3: Focus on Collective Healing

  • Picture a challenge you wish to heal—emotional stress, a physical ailment, or a relationship issue. See it as a dark cloud.
  • Imagine the group’s golden light surrounding this cloud, dissolving it with warmth and love. Feel the group’s energy supporting you.
  • Expand your vision: See the group’s light spreading outward, healing communities, environments, or global challenges.

Step 4: Anchor the Energy

  • Create a mental symbol for this healing, like a radiant sun or a heart. Hold it in your mind, affirming, “This healing is active now.”
  • Imagine this symbol anchoring in your heart and the group’s collective energy, sustaining the transformation.
  • Say silently, “I contribute to and receive this collective healing.”

Step 5: Return and Share

  • Slowly wiggle your fingers and toes, take three deep breaths, and open your eyes.
  • If with others, share your experience—what did you feel or visualize? If solo, journal your insights.
  • Reflect on how the group dynamic enhanced your sense of connection or healing.
