  • Focus on the path that feels most empowering. Imagine walking it, noticing what you see, hear, or feel. Engage your senses fully.
  • Amplify the emotions of this path—joy, confidence, or peace. Feel them as if you’re living this reality now.
  • Create a symbol for this choice (e.g., a glowing orb or key). Hold it in your mind, affirming, “I choose this path with confidence.”
  • Visualize sending this symbol into the universe, trusting your choice is taking shape.

Step 5: Return and Reflect

  • Slowly return awareness to your body, moving fingers and toes. Take three deep breaths and open your eyes.
  • Journal your experience: What paths did you see? Which did you choose, and why? Note any limiting thoughts (e.g., “I’m not ready”) and reframe them (e.g., “I am capable of this choice”).
  • Repeat this meditation weekly to reinforce your chosen path.
