Refrain from alcohol and recreational drugs the day of your session.

If your session will be online, choose a location for your session where you will not be disturbed and you can set up your camera on your computer, iPad or phone so that it is plugged into power and can show you from the waist up.

If your session will be online, please use headphones with integral microphone if possible. Make sure they are fully charged and can last for 4+ hours.

If your session will be online, have a blanket and several pillows available for optimal comfort as well as a glass of water. If your session will be in-person, I provide a clean pillow and blanket, but bring your favorites to make yourself most comfortable, if you choose.

If your session will be online, secure your pets so they will not interrupt you during the session.
